Mrs. Clec'h-German also offers to accompany her guests on shopping tours in the Quimper/Concarneau area (where she can help you with your purchases and financial transactions) as well as to bring you lunch or dinner in a gourmet restaurant. You need only sit back, relax and enjoy your meal.
For those interested in learning more about the history and Celtic civilization of Brittany, her husband, Dr. Gary German, a professor at the University of Western Brittany, Brest, and specialist of Breton and Welsh language and literature is available to answer questions (i.e. the Celtic sources of the Arthurian legends, etc.) and can accompany guests to some of the historical sites in the area, including megalithic monuments which date back to the Neolithic period.
In short, the visitor captures a unique, stress-free, inside view of this little known, spectacularly beautiful region of France.
